About O-CINCO

The Organización y Centro de Investigación Clínica Ochoa (O-CINCO) is an institution that conducts clinical research studies (of comparative bioavailability, as well as phases II, III and IV, among others).
Located in the city of Comayagua, Honduras. It was created as a response in need of having clinical research services under ethical and quality standards for the pharmaceutical industry, in compliance with national and international regulations. Beside conducting Clinical Studies, we provide comprehensive advice in all clinical research steps.
O-CINCO is integrated by a multidisciplinary group with wide clinical experience and are now looking forward on the design and clinical research studies conduction. Integrated by medical specialists physicians trained in good clinical practices, being O-CINCO able to conduct clinical research protocols on various therapeutical areas.
O-CINCO´s study Coordinator has an extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for the pharmaceutical industry, studies conducted in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Honduras.
We also have pharmacists with 11 years of experience, nursing team and other professionals who work under strict adherence of Good Clinical Practices.

O-CINCO is looking forward to the conduction of Clinical Research studies and other clinical research services in accordance with current regulatory regulations and in adherence to good clinical practices; within an effective quality management system. Which ensures satisfaction to our customer’s needs and requirements and our continuously commitment to improve our services.
Our Organization and Clinical Research Center has a Quality Management System that is based on the implementation of Internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Quality Assurance System passes through quality filters on all of our processes. Guaranteeing our clients reliability of the data obtained from the conduction of their Clinical Protocols, short and timely responsive times, and the safe and well being of our patients.
Quality Management System
O-CINCO establishes, implements, maintains and continuously improves its Quality Management System, including the requiered standard operating procedures and their interactions.
O-CINCO ensures its quality by adhering to its internal Standard Operating Procedures, adherence to the Protocol of the study being conducted, Sponsor’s Internal SOPs and offers the following services:
A) Conduction of medical and dental clinical studies (includes the design and study conduction.
B) Conduction of Clinical Studies from phase I to IV.
C) Coordination of clinical research studies (may include the design of study documents) conducted in clinical sites outside O-CINCO.
D) Counseling and training (includes audits, clinical research, training and monitoring and clinical trial's advice services in general).
E) Independent Ethics Committee (to be formed in the future)
